Gold exports from Azerbaijan increase by 28.7%

Azerbaijan exported $271.2 million worth of gold to international markets in January–August 2026, according to the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

The figure represents a 28.7% increase compared with the same period last year, APA-Economics reports. In August alone, Azerbaijan’s gold exports amounted to $36.8 million, down 1.08% from the $37.2 million recorded in July.
